Electronic trading major IG Group (LON:IGG) today announces it has appointed Adam Wheelwright as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive its innovation agenda. He will be based in the company’s London headquarters and joins on 17 April 2023.
Adam Wheelwright has extensive experience in designing and delivering complex, transformational technology projects across financial services and large organisations, and has led teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining IG Group, Adam Wheelwright was the Chief Information Officer of the UK Health Security Agency and a member of the Executive Committee for NHS Test and Trace since 2021.
