FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker Taurex has named Mark Sheng to the position of Commercial Director.
Mark Sheng joined Taurex – then known as Zenfinex – in 2021 as Head of APAC. Prior to Taurex Mark worked at EC Markets as Sales Director, and as Head of Chinese Desk at each of Trade Nation, ETX Capital, and ActivTrades.
Taurex was established in 2017 in the UK as Zenfinex, founded by Dubai based Group CEO Nick Cooke, a former FXCM and LCG senior sales executive Nick Cooke. The company received FCA authorization in March 2019. Taurex is majority controlled by Oscar Hilt Tatum IV, a Saint Kitts and Nevis citizen who now resides in the UAE and runs offshore investment firm iPoint Capital Partners.
