SEC Targets OpenSea NFT Marketplace
On August 28, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), alleging that Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on its marketplace are securities.
OpenSea co-founder and CEO Devin Finzer shared the news, stating,
