In a momentous ruling, the Federal High Court in Abuja has reaffirmed Barrister Julius Abure as the legitimate National Chairman of the Labour Party, solidifying his leadership after a legal battle that had threatened to destabilise the party.
The court, under the guidance of Justice Emeka Nwite, validated the Labour Party’s convention held in Nnewi, Anambra State, and ordered INEC to duly recognize Abure’s leadership.
