The Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), General Christopher Gwabin Musa, has stressed the importance of strategic leadership and multi-agency collaboration in addressing national security challenges.
He made this known during the opening ceremony of the Strategic Commanders Course at the National Counter-Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Office of the National Security Adviser, Abuja.
