Global Brokerage Inc, formerly known as FXCM Inc, and the plaintiffs in a securities class action, say they need more time to discuss settlement. This becomes apparent from a letter filed by Global Brokerage with the New York Southern District Court on January 26, 2023.
The parties in this case to request a one-week extension, until February 3, 2023, for the filing of the Stipulation of Settlement and a motion for preliminary approval of the settlement.
