AEGIS Hedging Solutions has announced the appointment of Ryan Vaile to the position of Executive Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development.
Mr Vaile, who brings over 25 years of experience in risk management, finance, and energy, will work with AEGIS’ customers, prospects, and executive team to assess new market entry strategies, corporate partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
“Throughout my past 18 years in the energy market, I have seen AEGIS emerge as the clear leader in commodity hedging and the compliance carbon market,” said Vaile. “I look forward to working alongside Bryan and the team to extend these capabilities to new verticals and geographies, as well as to establish partnerships that will bring additional capabilities to our customers.”
