Alpha Group International plc, a provider of financial solutions to corporates and institutions, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Transaction Services B.V (“Cobase”).
This follows the receipt of approval from the Dutch Central Bank and fulfilment of all other closing requirements.
The initial consideration of €9.6 million for 85% of the company has been paid in full using Alpha’s existing cash resources, with the remaining stake to be acquired via a performance-based earn-out between 2025 and 2028.
