London-based online trading company CMC Markets plc (LON:CMCX) has warned of technical difficulties.
The warning was issued today amid a widespread technical glitch that affected numerous companies, including airlines, banks and payment systems.
The notice sent by CMC Markets can be read below:
“Important: Technical difficulties
Dear client,
We are aware of issues currently impacting access to our trading platforms. While we are currently investigating, at this stage we understand that the impact is due to a third-party service provider. Other organisations including financial institutions have also been impacted.
We are working to resolve this as a matter of priority.
