The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) license of Abris-Cee Holdings Ltd.
The regulatory decision was made at a CySEC meeting held on February 10, 2025. The withdrawal is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05.
The withdrawal reflects the company’s decision to expressly renounce its license.
