Online broker eToro has informed its clients that the issues with registration and phone verification reported earlier today have been resolved.
At 08:05 UTC today, eToro said the broker was experiencing service degradation on Registration and Phone verification on eToro’s services due to the global IT outage.
About 20 minutes later the broker added that other services, including eToro Money transfer using the eToro Money app and Cryptocurrency transfers might also be impacted.
At 09:15 UTC, eToro issued an update stating that the incident has been resolved.
The broker apologized for the inconvenience and said it appreciated its clients’ understanding in this matter.
