GMO Financial Holdings, Inc. announced today that its consolidated subsidiary GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited has withdrawn the application to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The reason for the decision is that the company incurred a loss for the Fiscal Year Ended December 31, 2022.
Let’s recall that GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced its plans to list on the Thai Stock Exchange back in May 2022. Today, the company said it has not yet decided whether to apply to list its shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand again.
