Leading Swiss online trading firm Swissquote has further expanded its Themes Trading lineup via the addition of US Congressional Trader.
Swissquote’s US Congressional Trader Index extracts crucial trading insights from the publicly disclosed holdings of congressional members, both Republican and Democrat, as financial opportunism knows no party lines.
Swissquote’s priority algorithm analyses stocks mentioned in trading disclosure documents, such as the Periodic Transaction Report (PTR). It also considers other factors such as aggregate participation in specific stocks, committee memberships, and length of congressional service.
