‘Tinubu’s economic policies yielding results’
Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Yusuf Ata, has threatened to dump the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) if Abdullahi Abba emerges as the party’s chairman in Kano State.
Ata insisted that APC might head for another round of failure to capture power from the opposition New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) if Abbas eventually became the chairman.
However, National Chairman of APC, Abdullahi Ganduje, said Nigerians have begun to reap dividends of the economic policies initiated by President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
Abbas, whose third term as APC Chairman in Kano would end this month, is allegedly being projected by Ganduje to return for the fourth time. Abbas, a prince of Kano emirate, who has been a choice candidate of Ganduje, has been in charge of the party in the last 10 years .
