President Bola Tinubu has been urged to prevail on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to abide by the rule of law in the ongoing investigation of the Managing Director and CEO of Felak Concept Group, Aisha Achimugu.
A concerned Nigerian, Binta Adeshola, who made the call yesterday, also urged Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in the country and all those who long for a better Nigeria not to fold their hands and allow the hard-earned reputation of the business mogul to be tarnished through media trial.
Adeshola described Achimugu as an embodiment of Nigeria’s potential, warning that a nation that allows one of its daughters to be humiliated without due process undermines its own future.
