CME picks Houston to lead revamped FX unit as EBS’s Ward exits

CME Group has elevated Paul Houston to run its entire foreign exchange division across spot and derivatives, as it looks to further integrate its EBS Markets and FX futures businesses.

Houston, who formerly ran Deutsche Bank’s European FX prime brokerage business, takes over responsibilities from Jeff Ward, global head of EBS, who will leave in September.
