Court stops further sale, publication of Farotimi’s book

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, has ordered an order of interim injunction, restraining the further sale and publication of Lawyer and human rights activist, Dele Farotimi’s book titled “Nigeria and Its Criminal Justice System”.

The court granted the order pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice for interlocutory injunction dated and filed on Friday, December 6, 2024.
