The Sole Administrator of Rivers State, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ette Ibas (rtd), has warned troublemakers in the state to desist from any action that would affect the peace, progress, and economic stability of the state.
Ibas said he is committed to bringing peace, stability, and prosperity to the state and Nigeria as a whole.
Ibas stated this in his inaugural state broadcast at Government House, Port Harcourt, on Thursday night.
