God has given everyone on earth the opportunity to live, as the creator of all. After moulding man from dust, according to the Bible, He breathed into the nostrils of the moulded sand and it became a living being called Adam. The decision tocreate the earth and everything therein, including human beings, was entirely His. There is no input from any other source. Prior to bringing man into existence, He has put in place the resources both vegetation and livestock for the feeding and comfort of man; the highest being in creation. God has made the surface of the earth comfortably and habitable for man. He gave man themandate tomanage the earth and to bring every other creature under his control.
