The South-South Alliance for Prosperity (SSAP) on Thursday declared its full support for the newly formed alliance between Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State and Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, calling it a transformative moment in Nigerian politics.
The SSAP stressed that this collaboration transcends political manoeuvring, stressing that it is a partnership built on shared ideals of accountability, economic development, and social justice.
The SSAP Chairman, Ebok John, in a statement, said that the group described the alliance as a bold step toward addressing the country’s pressing challenges and fostering national unity.
John said: “As a coalition committed to fostering sustainable development and equitable governance in the South-South region and beyond, the SSAP recognizes the merits of this alliance.
