Landmark University (LMU), Omu-Aran, Irepodun Local Council of Kwara State, has announced 20 per cent increase in emoluments of all categories of its staff.
The Public Relations Officer (PRO), Olasunkanmi Olajide, in a chat with The Guardian in Ilorin, yesterday, disclosed that the approval for the increment was given early November, this year, by the Board of Regents.
He said: “In the wake of receiving approval early in the month of November 2023 from the Chairman, Board of Regents of Landmark University, the management is set to implement a noteworthy 20 per cent salary increase for all faculty and staff members.
“The significant announcement was made by the Vice Chancellor, Prof Kolawole Ajanaku, during the university’s Faculty Fellowship on Friday, December 1, 2023.”
