The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) has intensified its Lagos State School Traffic Safety Advocacy Programme (LSTSAP) for schoolchildren across the state.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Transportation, Mr. Sola Giwa, announced this in a statement on Monday in Lagos.
The statement was signed by Mr. Taofiq Adebayo, Director of the Public Affairs and Enlightenment Department at LASTMA.
Giwa noted that the programme, introduced under the visionary initiative ‘Operation Catch Them Young’, aims to instil traffic discipline and awareness in children from an early age.
