The new Lagos State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Commandant of Corps (CC) Isaq ALfadarai Usman, yesterday, promised to protect critical national assets and infrastructure, through engagement with critical stakeholders and synergy with security agencies amongst others.
The new Commandant, who spoke after he took over from the former Lagos boss, CC Edenabu Eweka Okoro at NSCDC, Alausa, Ikeja, warned vandals and other criminal elements to turn a new leaf or relocate from Lagos, as the Command is more reinvigorated to fight criminalities.
Usman also assured Lagos residents of the Command’s preparedness to ensure a free and fair election in the state and urged them to come out enmasse to perform their civic responsibilities…
