The Northern Christian Association of Nigeria (Northern CAN) has condemned the recent killings of innocent residents in Bokkos local government area of Plateau State.
Northern CAN also commiserated with the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang, and the people of the state over what it described as yet another senseless bloodshed.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the Chairman of Northern CAN, Rev. Dr. Joseph John Hayab, expressed deep concern over the disturbing culture of violence that continues to claim innocent lives across Northern Nigeria.
Hayab described the attack that left at least 52 people dead as barbaric, tragic, and completely unacceptable.
