Plans by the Oyo State government to increase it housing stock have received a boost following the public-private partnership between its investment agency, OYSIPA and Fendini Limited for the development of Rayfield Gardens City Estate.
The estate located at Alao-Akala GRA in the Wofun-Montana area of Ibadan is one of ten housing estates that private firms are constructing in partnership with the government to address the infrastructure deficit in the housing sector in the state. Rayfield Gardens is a self-sustainable residential and commercial housing development with amenities.
The residential wing of the estate includes 354 smart home units of three-bedroom semi-detached bungalows, three-bedroom detached bungalows, three-bedroom terrace duplexes, three-bedroom detached duplexes, four-bedroom semi-detached duplexes, four-bedroom detached duplexes,five-bedroom detached duplexes and five-bedroom luxurious duplexes.
