The Agoro family of Lagos recently held an 8-day Fidau prayer and burial ceremony for their patriarch, Pa Chief Funsho Braimoh Agoro, who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 105.
The well-attended event brought together prominent figures in the society.
Pa Agoro’s youngest son, Mr. Ibraheem Olatunbosi Agoro, provided insights into his father’s inspiring life journey, narrating how he began his career at the Nigerian Railway, where Pa Agoro served for over 35 years before venturing into entrepreneurship, including cement manufacturing among other ventures.
Describing his father as a well-traveled, honest and diligent person, Ibraheem noted their close bond, saying, “I will surely miss him, but Allah knows best.”
