BARELY 72 hours to his inauguration, the United States of America’s President-elect, Donald Trump, has declared that the nation would resolve its differences with China to foster development and global peace.
Trump, on his X Handle on Friday, revealed that he was on a mutual phone conversation with the Chinese President, Xi Jinping, adding that they agreed to resolve various issues threatening a cold war between the two superpowers.
“It is my expectation that we will solve many problems together, and starting immediately. We discussed balancing Trade, Fentanyl, TikTok, and many other subjects.
“President Xi and I will do everything possible to make the World more peaceful and safe,” he wrote on the social media post.
